Breeding Background
Hi, we're Sandy and Tim, owners of Greenbriar Kennels. We have over 35 years experience in breeding and raising dogs. First and foremost, the health and wellbeing of our dogs and puppies are our top priorities. We take exceptional care of our dogs. They enjoy daily interaction with us which includes time to run and play, training, and grooming. They have air conditioned and heated kennels on a large fenced lot, and really enjoy the come and go policy we have in place.
Why Greenbriar?
We like to bond with each puppy and introduce early training with a bird wing to satisfy the instinct they're born with. Later, we introduce them to live birds (we keep live quail on the premises) and then, carefully, with distant gun fire.
Our kennel is a small, well organized, and clean facility; not a puppy mill which we're strong advocates against.
Each one of our dogs must pass a full veterinarian administered physical health exam prior to breeding. All Greenbriar puppies also receive a complete health exam, first round of vaccinations and deworming prior to going to their forever home.
Our Gordon's are of Eurpoean Bloodlines and are born with excellent bird hunting instincts. They love to hunt and love their owners. You and your Greenbriar Gordon will be the envy of everyone in the field or at the dog park.
